Do I have to use all four apps?
No. Start with Receiptly free. Use just the apps you need. Pro ($15/mo) gives you unlimited Receiptly + Invoicy. The full Suite ($29/mo) unlocks Timely and Clienty too.
Why a suite instead of separate apps?
Because your time entries should become invoice line items in one click. Your invoices should show up in your client view. Your expenses tagged to a project should appear next to the hours billed against it. Separate tools mean copy-pasting forever.
Can I import from QuickBooks or FreshBooks?
CSV import for invoices and clients is on the roadmap. Receipts you can just snap with your phone - no migration needed.
Where is my data stored?
Structured data (invoices, clients, time entries) lives on Turso, a managed SQLite database. Receipt images and invoice PDFs are on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Both are hosted in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything as JSON, CSV, or PDF anytime - no lock-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in any app and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period - if you're paid through May 6, your plan stays active until May 6, then drops to the free tier with all your data intact. We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused days.
