Four tiers, monthly or annual. No per-seat games. Cancel anytime. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked.
The four plans
Pick the one that fits your needs. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
- Free - Receiptly only, 10 receipts/month, manual entry, USD. Forever free.
- Pro · $15/mo or $147/yr - Unlimited Receiptly + Invoicy. AI scanning, recurring invoices, branded PDFs, automated reminders, multi-currency, tax exports. Covers the two essentials.
- Suite · $29/mo or $285/yr - Everything in Pro, plus Timely (time tracking) and Clienty (CRM). The full four-app experience.
- Agency · $49/mo or $480/yr - Everything in Suite, plus up to 5 team members and combined invoicing across the team. Built for small studios.
Annual billing saves ~18%
Same features either way. Annual is roughly two months free compared to monthly - a fair discount for committing for a year.
Upgrading
Settings → Billing on any app. Pick a plan, fill in your card, you're upgraded in seconds. Features unlock immediately.
Card details are handled by Paddle (our merchant of record). We never see your card number - we only see the subscription event.
Downgrading
Settings → Billing → 'Manage subscription' opens the Paddle portal. From there you can switch plans or cancel. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you downgrade from a tier that had recurring invoice templates, your existing templates stop generating (we skip them in the cron). You can still pause or delete them, but you can't edit them until you upgrade again.
Refunds
Email hello@durvy.app within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, we can sometimes do prorated refunds - just ask. See our Refund Policy page for the formal version.
Cancelling
Same flow as downgrading - Settings → Billing → 'Manage subscription' → Cancel. No retention questionnaire, no hold music.
After you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing period. After that, you drop to Free - your data stays.
Deleting your account
Settings → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This is permanent - receipts, invoices, time entries, clients, projects, all of it gets wiped.
Before you delete, you can download an export of all your data as JSON from Settings → Profile → Export my data. GDPR-friendly portability.
