Lightweight CRM that pulls invoices, hours, and expenses into one per-client view. Project kanban, health scores, dormant alerts. Part of the Suite plan.
Client profiles
Each client has: name, company, contacts, billing address, currency, payment terms, dormant-alert threshold, and notes. The client list is shared with Invoicy.
Tag clients for filtering - vip, design, recurring, whatever fits your workflow.
Projects on a kanban
Drag projects between columns to update their status. Each column represents a lifecycle stage.
- Lead - early conversations, no commitment yet.
- Proposal - quote sent, waiting on a yes/no.
- Active - work in progress.
- On hold - paused but not lost.
- Completed - delivered.
- Lost - declined or cancelled.
Project milestones
Add milestones with titles and due dates. Check them off as you go. The project detail page shows progress (3 of 5 done).
When you invoice for a project, incomplete milestones show up as clickable chips in Invoicy's line-item picker - one click adds the milestone title as a line.
Contact log
Track interactions per client. Each entry has a type and a short summary.
- Call - phone conversations.
- Meeting - in-person or video.
- Email - important threads.
- Note - anything else you want to remember.
Client health scores
Each client gets a score 0–100 based on four factors:
- Payment reliability - how on-time their invoices are paid.
- Project volume - how many active projects you have with them.
- Relationship age - how long they've been a client.
- Recent activity - invoices sent or contact logs in the last 30 days.
Dormant alerts
If a client goes longer than their threshold without activity (default 60 days), we surface them on the dashboard and email a daily reminder.
You can disable the email from Settings → Email preferences if you'd rather check the dashboard yourself.
Plan
Clienty is part of the Suite plan ($29/mo) or Agency ($49/mo). Free and Pro users see a paywall (but settings + billing stay accessible).
