Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and use Receiptly free without ever entering payment details. We only ask for a card when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual lock-in even on annual plans (we refund prorated unused time within the first 14 days, and you keep access until the period ends after that).
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Profile → Export my data downloads a JSON file with every receipt, invoice, time entry, client, project, and contact log tied to your account. Invoices and receipts can also be exported individually as PDF, and Invoicy has a year-end ZIP that bundles every invoice PDF.
Can I buy just one app?
Free gives you Receiptly. Pro gives you Receiptly + Invoicy (the most common combo). Timely and Clienty are only available on Suite - they're built specifically for cross-app data flow, so they don't have standalone tiers.
Does Durvy support multiple currencies?
Yes, on Pro and above. Set a default currency per client, override per invoice, and Receiptly converts foreign receipts to USD for the dashboard total (we use daily mid-market rates).
Will Durvy file my taxes?
No - we're a record-keeping tool, not a tax preparer. We give you clean exports (CSV + PDF) you or your accountant can use to file.
Can I share my account with my assistant or accountant?
Currently on the Agency plan ($49/mo) which supports up to 5 team members. We don't recommend sharing a single login - each team member should have their own account so we can attribute activity correctly.
Can I white-label or remove Durvy branding from invoices?
Pro+ removes 'Sent with Durvy' from invoice emails. Your logo, brand color, and footer text replace ours on the PDF. Full white-label isn't on the roadmap right now.
Is there an API?
Not yet. We're focusing on building the apps themselves before opening up an API. If you have a specific use case, email us - it helps us prioritize.
Is there a mobile app?
All apps are mobile-web responsive - Receiptly has a one-tap camera shortcut for snapping receipts on the go. A native mobile app is in development but not yet released.
How secure is my data?
Industry-standard: TLS in transit, encrypted at rest on Turso. Cookies are httpOnly + secure + samesite=lax. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't run third-party analytics or trackers (only essential cookies).
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. You can export everything and delete your account permanently from Settings. We only collect what's needed to provide the service. Hosting is on Vercel + Turso (region depends on your traffic). See our Privacy Policy for the formal version.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes. Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication. Scan a QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.) and save the backup codes. Optional but recommended.
What languages does Durvy support?
English, French, and Spanish. You can switch in Settings → Language on any app - your choice persists across all four apps, plus emails and invoice PDFs.
