Durvy

Getting started

Durvy is four apps that share one account. You can start free with Receiptly and add more apps as you grow. Here's how to find your way around.

Create your account

Sign up once, from any app subdomain. The same account works across Receiptly, Invoicy, Timely, and Clienty - no separate logins.

  1. 1Go to receiptly.durvy.app/signup (or any other app - they all share the same auth).
  2. 2Enter your name, email, and a password. Or sign in with Google.
  3. 3Verify your email by clicking the link we send you.
  4. 4You're in. The dashboard shows you what's possible on your current plan.
đź’ˇ Verify your email quickly - some features (email sending, reminders) need a verified address.

Pick a plan

You can use Receiptly free forever. The other apps need a paid plan. Annual billing saves about 18%.

  • Free - Receiptly only, 10 receipts/month, manual entry, USD only.
  • Pro ($15/mo) - Unlimited Receiptly + Invoicy, AI receipt scanning, recurring invoices, multi-currency, tax exports.
  • Suite ($29/mo) - Everything in Pro plus Timely (time tracking) and Clienty (CRM).
  • Agency ($49/mo) - Everything in Suite plus up to 5 team members and combined invoicing.

Your first week

If you do these four things in your first week, you'll have a feel for the whole suite.

  1. 1Capture three receipts in Receiptly. Try the camera shortcut on mobile.
  2. 2Add your first client in Invoicy or Clienty (they share the same client list).
  3. 3Create one invoice - even a $1 test - and send it to yourself.
  4. 4Start a timer in Timely (Suite plan only) against a project.

Settings to know about

Every app has Settings → Profile, Language, Security, Billing. Some highlights:

  • Profile - your name, email, and an avatar.
  • Language - switch between English, French, and Spanish. The choice persists across all apps and emails.
  • Security - change password, enable two-factor authentication.
  • Email preferences - opt out of weekly digests, idle-timer warnings, or dormant-client alerts. Transactional emails (invoice send, password reset) always go through.
