Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page in any Durvy app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access to all paid features until then.
After cancellation, your account stays active on the free tier so you don't lose access to historical data.
Refund eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription, email hello@durvy.app and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Outside the 14-day window
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. This includes:
- Partial billing periods after the first 14 days
- Subscription renewals (you're responsible for cancelling before renewal)
- Annual plans after the first 14 days
- Charges incurred while you forgot to cancel
If something genuinely went wrong on our end (extended outage, billing error, broken feature you relied on), reach out to hello@durvy.app and we'll review your case individually.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. They typically reach your bank or card within 5-10 business days.
Downgrades
You can downgrade your plan anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate or refund the difference for the current period.
Account deletion
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. To delete your account permanently, email hello@durvy.app. We'll delete your data within 30 days, except for transactional records we're legally required to retain.
